Nico Beech (formerly Peach Petal) is the solo project of Sarah Peecher, an artist living and working in Chicago. Sarah is a professor who pens poetry and produces pop tunes as her alter-ego Nico in her spare time, drawing influences from hyperpop artists like Charli XCX and Caroline Polachek, and indie rock projects like Big Thief and Hovvdy. Her tracks fuse poetic lyrics and straightforward melodies with a simple yet unexpected soundscape.
